Referral thank-you – terms

The offer
When you refer someone to targetState Resumes and they become a client, we send you a A$100 digital gift card (currently Prezzee) as thanks.
How it works
- Your referral mentions your name when they book. Our intake asks every new client who sent them.
- The gift is earned once the referred client has paid in full and their resume has been delivered.
- The card is sent within 7 days of delivery, using contact details your referral passes on or details we already hold.
The rules
- One gift per referred client.
- The gift doesn't apply where the referrer and the client are the same person, or where the purchase is refunded.
- For recruiters: the gift covers personal-network referrals only. It never applies to a candidate the recruiter is representing for a role.
- Referrers pass on a recommendation. Any promises about outcomes rest with targetState Resumes, and the only guarantee that applies is the one published on this site.
- Any tax treatment of the gift rests with the referrer.
- The program may change or close at any time. Gifts already earned are honoured.
What referred clients are told
Every new client sees this line at intake: "If someone referred you, they may receive a thank-you gift. The price and the service stay the same either way."
